A BETTER SKIN



In order to survive,i gotta stay strong.

Okay, right now i'm treating my face a mask. My skin condition totally SUCKS!!!!
I'm totally traumatized by my skin lor. I realise it's time to do something bout it.

*Find out the cause*

1. Too much consumption of junk food
2. Having late nights
3. Bad weather
4. Laziness

*How to solve it?*
Okay people , please take down if you REALLY wanna improve you skin condition.

1. Eat more fruits and veggie. If possible, drink at least one cup of vitamin C fruit juice everyday.(Okay, this make me think of Goh Wen Qi)
IMPORTANT REMINDER: Do not drink fruit juice with sugar syrup added.

2. Apply correct products before make up. The procedure of applying products before make up is EXTREMELY important. If you don't do it properly, your face will be TOTALLY RUIN. Clog pores and pimples will be HAUNTING YOU!!!!! So, lets do the proper job.

Step 1- Wash your face thoroughly.
Step 2- Apply toner on your face
Step 3- Follow by pimple cream(if you have any)
Step 4- Moisturiser
Step 5- Sunblock (For your information, using sunblock is uber important. Its not only bout not getting tanned. If you don't put sun block, you will have a higher chance of getting skin cancer. Recommendations: Buy facial sunblock with at least SPF 25++)
Step 6- Make up base (Once again, if you do no know what is make up base, i can recommend you to skin food to buy. I think their make up base are quite good. They will do all the explanation.)
Step 7- Make up as per normal

3. Do mask weekly. But choosing the correct and suitable mask is very important. In case you are wondering if those cheap masks( 3 for $10) are really effective or not, i would say it depends on your skin type. People who have sensitive skin, REFRAIN from using these masks. If your skin is flexible with any masks you can try though. Afterall, those masks are CHEAP, so don't expect any miracle out of it. ONE IMPORTANT TIP: Do not overuse it. Make it a habit to do mask once or two per week. Not more or less.

4. Drink lots of water. This seem to be an easy job to some people. But to me, it's the hardest thing. I rarely drink water, i mean plain water. I'll try to make it an effort to drink more water. Actually, the best is to drink 8 cups of water per day.

5. Preserve your beauty sleep. (In case you don't know, the timing for beauty sleep is from 10pm to 7am) So, for clubbers and chiongsters, i'm really sorry. You gotta cancel this option out from your note. Oh, and do you know that people who stay up late and drink alot will look older than normal people? Sleep early then. Actually, i'm guilty of it as well :p)

6. Stay in good mood. I'm sure if you always show black face, you wouldn't look radiant at all. So, always stay happy and smile more. Even if it might not help in improving your complexion efficiently, i'm sure everyone look better when smiling. Why not? One stone kill two birds.


I've been reading alot of magzines about improving skin condition. So, i like to share to all my friends who wants to improve their skin as well. Can you imagine when your boyfriend wanna kiss you and got distracted by your pimpleful face? It wouldn't be romantic at all lor. So people, start to take care of your face now!!
